The Fortuneteller

It's been a long time since my last Avatar-inspired landscape but I don't think I could have pulled this off until now.  I chose to abstract the original idea quite a lot and take plot elements out, like the volcano and the actual aesthetic of the village.  I'm pleased with this moody, lurid feel and I hope other people like it too! I think more blatant Avatar imagery will come back in the next few pieces, but I'm really trying to make them my own while still sticking with the episode prompts. Fun fun!
